Aegean Palms is the latest development from the 
CENK CONSTRUCTION GROUP which is based in Altinkum itself. The company was established in 1991 and remains a family owned and run business with the emphasis on personal service and a wealth of local knowledge. This combination, along with unique styling and the ability to manage the construction process in-house from conception to handover, has led to a high demand for our properties.
Prior to completion of the development two British directors of the company will be relocating to Altinkum to provide on-going management of the complex. This service will include assisting with the renting of your property, should you wish to do so, arranging airport transfers, organising cleaning and laundry services along with the general maintenance of the complex. In fact everything needed to make your ownership of a home abroad worry free.
